Cake baking classes

Whoppie pies class $360 10-6pm

A whoopie pie is a cross between a cupcake and a soft cookie .The recipe for whoopie piers has origins with the Hamish and Pennsylvania.Originating from left over batter.Whoopie pies have also been known as "gobs".
In this class we will bake 3 typesof whoppie pies, zesty lemon , red velvet and of course rich  chocolate using whipped creams, purees and of course ganache as delicious fillings.All pies will be boxed and taken home with you.


Macaroon Tower   10-6pm  Cost of class $360

We will learn how to make and bake and fill our macaroons.Using a wicked ganache we will flavour with fruits and liquors as a delightful filling.
We will arrange them in a tower for a visual feast for you to then  take home and wow everyone!
Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.
A light lunch and refreshments are provided.


Croquembouche Tower 10- 6pm Cost of class $360

 Learn how to make and bake choux pastry.You will be shown how to make patisserie cream and using allready made, fill our baked  profiteroles.
We will then stack them into a tower and make spun sugar to decorate the tower.You will then have to eat the creation within a few hours! The things we have to do!





 Cake Pops
10-6pm.Cost of class $360

In this class we will learn how to make the latest trend  from America, Cake Pops.A deliscious combination of  cake and ganache combined and modelled onto a lolly stick and then dipped in chocolate.Perfect for making childrens parties go with a bang!.We will make a variety of colours and shapes including  animals as well as scary monsters!Learn how to make ganache, colour chocolate and package these tasty treats.
Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.



Lemony day of baking  9.30 am -5pm Suitable for all.Cost of class $325

Lemony day of baking. In this workshop  I will demonstrate deliscious desserts all with a tangy lemony theme, you will all be involved at various stages of the creating of the desserts.

The first is my hubbys favourite deliscious lemon meringue pie.I will show you how to make the perfect pastry,lemon curd and a crunchy toffee like meringue topping.
The next will be a deliscious lemon roulade and then  a beautiful lemon mousse  with simple tuille biscuits to garnish.
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.
Samples and recipes will be given for you to take home and enjoy!

 Decadent desserts  9.30-5pm Suitable for all.Cost of class $325


In this workshop  I will demonstrate  4 deliscious desserts all with a different taste theme, you will all be involved at various stages of the creating of the desserts.

Banoffee pie, originated from my home county of Sussex and recreated in many ways but mine is the best!
I will show you how to create a beautiful toffee and banana dessert perfect for all entertaining.

Apple and toffe crumble pie a perfect dessert served either cold or hot topped with a deliscious toffee sauce, perfect with cream fraiche, cream or my favourite custard.

Melting chocolate  pots, a little dish of chocolate heaven individually created to serve each guest.(These will be sampled in the class!)

Chocolate Baileys Cheesecake a little slice of heaven!
